IMPORTANT: By completing this on line form (even if you have not paid at the time of booking) you have formed a commitment to attend the BSHT Annual Scientific meeting taking place from Wednesday 22 – Friday 24January 2025 which can only be cancelled by the deadline outlined for cancellations below of Friday 3 January 2025 otherwise the full fee is due.
Any amendments must be submitted, in writing, to the meeting organisers.
No charge will be made for amendments to registration for name changes or substitutions.
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the meeting office.
Cancellations will be accepted until Friday 3 January 2025 with a refund of all pre-paid fees.
No refund for cancellations will be made after this date, but named substitutions can be made.
Guests will not be able to access the meeting or exhibition and posters. Guests may attend the dinner.
All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as detailed. However, the meeting organisers and the organising committee and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the meeting, exhibition or social events, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
The meeting organisers and the organising committee and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.
In the event of cancellation of the meeting all pre-paid fees will be re-funded in full. However, the meeting organisers and the organising committee and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such a cancellation. In particular, the organisers will not be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their partners.
Delegates are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal possessions as the meeting does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
The meeting organisers will hold and process your personal details on our database. This information is necessary for the legitimate management of this meeting, which may include it being available to any organising/exhibiting company.
The database will be transferred to the property of BSHT Meetings Limited once the meeting has concluded. If you wish your details to be removed from our database, you may write to us at any time.

Places for these small evening workshops are very limited and we understand the best-laid plans can sometimes change. If you find you can no longer attend the meeting, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. Last-minute cancellations are very hard for us to fill and we will not be refunded any costs that we have spent on your behalf. The Cardiorenal Forum can only continue to offer the high-quality learning that these workshops offer free of charge to healthcare professionals, if delegates offered a free place respect this with their attendance. It is very disappointing to both speakers and other attendees if people fail to show up on the night or with little notice.
