ANNUAL MEETING 2024 : Thursday 6 – Friday 7 September
IMPORTANT: By completing this on line form (even if you have not paid at the time of booking) you have formed a commitment to attend the BAS Autumn meeting 2024 taking place from Thursday 6 – Friday 7 September which can only be cancelled by the deadline outlined for cancellations below of 23:59 hrs on Friday 9 August 2024 otherwise the full fee is due.
Amendments to registration:
Any amendments must be submitted, in writing, to the meeting organisers. No charge will be made for amendments to registration for name changes or substitutions.
Cancellations:
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the meeting office.
Cancellations will be accepted until 23:59 hrs on Friday 9 August 2024 with a refund of all pre-paid fees. No refund for cancellations will be made after this date, but substitutions can be made.
Accompanying Persons:
Guests are welcome to attend the dinner. Guests may NOT attend the meeting, poster sessions or exhibition.

The delegate contact list will be transferred to the property of the British Atherosclerosis Society once the meeting has concluded.

Places for these small evening workshops are very limited and we understand the best-laid plans can sometimes change. If you find you can no longer attend the meeting, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. Last-minute cancellations are very hard for us to fill and we will not be refunded any costs that we have spent on your behalf. The Cardiorenal Forum can only continue to offer the high-quality learning that these workshops offer free of charge to healthcare professionals, if delegates offered a free place respect this with their attendance. It is very disappointing to both speakers and other attendees if people fail to show up on the night or with little notice.
